Here we introduce a classic boot based on an Eddie Bauer original from the 1960s. This new version features an upper of waterproof suede leather, Goodyear welt construction, gusseted tongue, rustproof hardware, and WeatherEdge® waterproof liner.

I bought these boots for the Vermont-winters and it's not a "stiff" boot, which I was initially concerned about, but they are actually super-comfortable, and bend easy, so you don't feel like you're wearing cinder blocks. These are such a great investment.

Those shoes are great. They will be great for hiking when needed, but also they look urban enough and will be great for walking in the rain, which happens a lot in winter in Seattle
